Convenience Center Fee Schedule
Effective July 1, 2003

Powhatan County residents which display a valid county decal can drop off household waste at the Transfer Station at no charge.

All other waste dropped off by Powhatan County residents are subject to the following fee schedule:

Vehicle	Disposal of Non-Household Waste including construction, demolition waste, and garage materials and commercial collection
Small Pickup	$30.00
Regular Pickup	$40.00
Larger than Pickup (not to exceed 10 cubic yards)	$70.00
Small Trailer (4"X 6" or under)	$30.00
Large Trailer (over 4" X 6")	$40.00
Tires:
Passenger tires/small truck tires	$1.00 each
Tires on rims	$7.00 each
Large truck tires (over 19")	$13.00 each
Large truck tires (over 19") on rim	$19.00 each
Tractor Tires	$26.00 each
White Goods with CFC's (1)	$20.00 each
White Goods without CFC's (2)	$15.00 each

(1) Examples include air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, ice machines, etc.
(2) Examples include dishwashers, hot water heaters, stoves, washers, etc.
