VARIANCE REQUESTS AND APPEALS

Note: Rezoning and conditional use permit requests are reviewed by both the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors. Variance requests and appeals are heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals. Applications must be considered complete and all fees paid in order to meet the application deadline.
Rezoning and Conditional Use Permit Requests
Board of Supervisors review dates presume the case is not deferred either by the Planning Commission or at the applicant’s request.
