2022 Teen Summer Reading Program
Theme: "Oceans of Possibilities"
The Teen Summer Reading Program features weekly alternating game nights and movie nights, as well as an escape room and live action Five Nights at Freddy's event! Teens will be able to sign up for the SRP at the front desk or any teen SRP event, where they will receive a packet with a calendar of events, BINGO sheet, prize ticket info, and one prize ticket. The teen Summer Reading Program is for ages 13-18.

Teen Movie Night - Spider-Man: No Way Home4:00pm - Thursday, June 9, 2022After being accused of murder and his Spider-Man identity revealed, Peter Parker enlists the help of Doctor Strange to erase everyone's memories. When the spell goes awry Parker must deal with villains from other universes. This movie is rated PG-13 for sequences of action/violence, some language and brief suggestive comments. |
Teen Video Game Tournament - Super Smash Bros. Brawl4:00pm - Thursday, June 16, 2022Think you have what it takes to out-brawl the rest? Show off your Super Smash Bros. skills at this tournament-style SSBB showdown! Winners will receive extra tickets towards SRP Prizes, where you could enter to win a $150 Target gift card! Teen Escape Room10:00am - Friday, June 17, 2022While taking a much-needed vacation to Bermuda, your plane suddenly loses signal! Players will have 30 minutes to find a map to guide the plane to safety or be lost to the mysteries of the Bermuda triangle. Pre-registration is required (see front desk). Timeslots will be chosen during registration. For ages 13-18. 2-4 players per group. |
Teen Movie Night - Turning Red4:00pm - Thursday, June 23, 2022After being embarrassed by her protective mother, 13-year-old Meilin wakes up the next morning to discover that excitement or stress will make her transform into giant red panda. This movie is rated PG for thematic material, suggestive content and language. |
Teen Video Game Tournament - Mario Kart Wii4:00pm - Thursday, June 30, 2022Moo-Moo Meadows, Coconut Mall, Rainbow Road, and more! Come show off your racing skills and battle competitors in a tournament-style Mario Kart showdown! Teen Summer Reading Finale5:00pm - Monday, July 25, 2022Join us for the last hangout of Teen SRP 2022! Be sure to bring all of your tickets, as this is the final night you can use them! We will also be drawing the winner of the Grand Prize! *Please note – If you win and are not present, you will be contacted via phone and/or email to be notified. If the prize has not been picked up in one week, it will be redrawn. |
