     The Powhatan County Office of Elections & Voter Registration is regularly open from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.  The office closes on all state and federal holidays.

Any ballot that was formally requested via an application to be mailed to the voter can be marked and then returned to our office either by a postal service or returned in-person, 24-7, via use of the ballot drop box pictured below.  Only ballots delivered by the voter himself/herself can be hand delivered in-person to the Registrar in the Office of Elections.

The Powhatan County Office of Elections is located in the Village Building, Lower Level (3910 Old Buckingham Road, Suite E).

​Office Hours are 9 AM - 5 PM,
Monday - Friday (closed on holidays)

The office is most easily accessible from the left side door as facing. There is an ADA accessible ramp in the front of the building.
