POWHATAN PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS 911 LAUNCHING NEW COMMUNITY FEEDBACK TOOL

Powhatan, VA-Powhatan Public Safety Communications 911 is excited to announce the upcoming launch of a new community engagement tool designed to keep residents informed and gather valuable feedback about the services we provide.

Soon, some residents may begin receiving short text message surveys following certain predetermined types of 911 interactions with our department. These surveys are brief, just a few quick questions focused solely on your satisfaction with the services delivered by Powhatan Public Safety Communications 911. These selected 911 interactions will also receive a text message that includes the call incident number that has been dispatched to the appropriate public safety responder, Sheriff Deputy, Fire, or EMS.

“Our goal is to continually improve and ensure we are meeting the needs of our community”, said Thomas Nolan Director of Powhatan Public Safety Communications. “Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve.”

Not every interaction will generate a survey, and participation is completely voluntary. If you receive a survey and prefer not to participate, simply disregard the message. All responses are confidential and used only to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our communication services.

We appreciate your support and look forward to hearing from you.
