During recent meetings, Board members expressed support for establishing a new application process for nonprofit organizations seeking County funding during the budget cycle. After discussing various options, there is consensus among the Board members on setting a total maximum funding threshold of $130,000 for nonprofit support.
We will begin outreach to nonprofits this week, sharing details about the new application process via direct messaging, the County website, and social media.
What's New?
This year, we’ve made some updates to the application to better align our budget with the County’s strategic priorities. Be sure to review the form carefully, even if you’ve applied in the past.
Important Reminder:
🗓️ The submission deadline is November 14, 2025. Submissions will be evaluated by a committee, with funding prioritized for organizations based on the number of citizens served, alignment with the County’s strategic plan, and demonstrated support for community members in need.
This is the final deadline—no applications will be accepted after this date for FY2027 funding!
