“Effective July 1, 2016, the Powhatan County Convenience Center is excited to announce that we have begun accepting plastics #1- #7 bottles and containers, caps and lids (all free of food and residue), and waxy cartons such as milk, juice, juice boxes, and egg substitutes for recycling!
