The marriage applicants will need to come to Clerk’s Office together with the following items.
$30 for the fee
Photo ID for both parties
Only One Party Available
If one party is not able to come to Clerk's Office, he or she may fill out a Marriage License Affidavit (PDF) in front of a notary. The party that is coming to the Clerk's Office must bring the original signed affidavit and a copy of the missing parties Driver's License. The clerk will give you an oath to sign and 2 licenses and a return envelope to give to your marriage officiant.
